鮪（まぐろ）とチキンのスパイス出汁カレー
テーマ：水
生薬とスパイス：白木耳、松の実、麦門冬、クミン、唐辛子、コリアンダー、ガラムマサラ、ターメリック、チリペッパー
白木耳や松の実、麦門冬など水の吸収を調整する生薬を使用し、潤い不足や水分過多を防ぎ、体内の水分の循環を助けます。
鮪出汁の優しい旨味に、しっかりしたスパイスがマッチするスーピーな一皿。
ローストラムと季節野菜のマサラカレー
テーマ：気
生薬とスパイス：龍眼肉、なつめ、コリアンダー、ガラムマサラ、クミン、チリペッパー、ターメリック、カルダモン、クローブ、シナモン
脂肪分のバランスに優れたラム肉とたっぷりの季節野菜に、免疫力を高める竜眼肉やなつめなどの生薬で身体の中からパワーアップできます。
じっくりマリネして煮込んだウデ肉をルーに、柔らかくローストした肩肉をトッピングに。食べ応えはあるがギリティーじゃない辛めのカレー。
